Academic Administrator: Faculty and Staff who administer student academic and success programs, allows access to analytic function. 

Advisors: Allows staff to access and manage student case loads, manage appointments, and view documentation from other units. 

Faculty Instructor: Faculty and Instructors of record, automatically assigned based on primary role in Human Resource records. 

Faculty Mentor (Formerly Faculty Advanced): Same functions as Faculty Instructor but also allows greater access and management of student caseloads. 

Front Desk (includes former Front Desk Student): Staff with access to set and manage student appointments.

Student Success Advocate: Allows access for support staff in a coaching role.

Tutor: Allows peer tutors and other staff to schedule appointments and communicate with students via email or text.
